Our senior pupils enjoyed an unforgettable adventure on our annual residential trip to Bendrigg Activity Centre in the Lake District.

Bendrigg Activity Centre 2025

The week was packed with excitement as pupils took on zip lining, abseiling, canoeing, and rock climbing, along with woodland walks, archery, the sensory swing, and campfire singalongs. The beautiful weather and varied activities created the perfect setting for new experiences and lasting memories.

Our pupils thrived. many experienced improved sleep and a reduction in seizures, demonstrating just how powerful and beneficial this kind of environment can be.

A huge thank you to our exceptional staff team, whose care and commitment ensured every pupil felt safe, supported, and included. Their professionalism and warmth were even praised by the Bendrigg team.

A proud moment for everyone involved.
