We are delighted to share the outcome of our recent HMIE inspection. Inspectors evaluated Craighalbert as Very Good in both Learning, Teaching and Assessment and Raising Attainment and Achievement, recognising the expertise of our staff, strong partnership working and the progress children and young people are making.

A family's journey with Craighalbert. As their daughter grew, it became clear that she would require ongoing specialist support. With complex physical needs, feeding difficulties and significant developmental challenges, finding the right educational environment was a major concern for the family. It was while exploring nursery options that they first discovered Craighalbert.

We are pleased to share that the latest edition of the Craighalbert Courier is now available to read. This issue captures another busy and rewarding term across the Centre, celebrating the achievements, experiences and progress of our children and young people.

One of our Physiotherapists, recently attended the Association of Paediatric Chartered Physiotherapists (APCP) Level 2 Advancing Your Practice respiratory course.

Craighalbert’s Parent Partnership has entered a fresh and exciting new chapter. Formerly the Parent Council, the group has officially transitioned to become the Craighalbert Parent Partnership, reflecting a shared commitment to One Craighalbert – a united, collaborative community where every family feels included, valued and supported.

Colleagues from across Craighalbert came together for our All Staff Team Day. Creating dedicated time and space for our full team to connect is an important part of how we continue to grow as an organisation, and this day was a valuable opportunity to do just that.
