Our physiotherapy team have had an abstract and poster presentation accepted at the Association of Paediatric Chartered Physiotherapists (APCP) annual conference.
This is a virtual conference this year which is over 3 days, Starting on Friday 12th November 2021.
The abstract and poster describes the outreach service that was offered to children with therapy and complex needs during the lockdowns in 2020. This was a unique service, especially during the spring lockdown as NHS services were reduced or ceased operating.
The feedback from parents was very positive, face to face appointments and the family wellbeing swims were popular.
